Before Your Session

Before your session, give yourself permission to slow down. Reflect gently on what felt aligned, what felt difficult, and where you may need guidance. You are not expected to arrive polished. You are invited to arrive present. The goal is not perfection. It is awareness, truth, and meaningful progress.

Preparing for Your Session

Your session time is intentional and protected. This space is designed to support you, so let’s make sure you receive the full benefit of it.

If possible, choose a quiet space with minimal distractions. We understand that life happens, kids, family, and responsibilities are real — and that is completely okay. However, this time is set aside for you. Do your best to create an environment where you can focus and be present.

Please add your session to your calendar immediately after booking so you do not forget. Protect this time the same way you would protect an important meeting or appointment.

If you selected a virtual session, log in 5–10 minutes early to prevent technical issues. If your session is by phone, Coach will be calling from a private or unknown number. Please be prepared to answer.

If you do not answer, Coach will attempt to call again within five minutes. For virtual sessions, Coach will remain in the meeting room for up to 10 minutes. If we are unable to connect within that window, the session will need to be rescheduled.

Before your session, take a few minutes to reflect. Write down:

• Wins since your last session
• Challenges you’re experiencing
• Questions you want answered
• Patterns you’ve noticed

If any activities or reflections were assigned, please complete and submit them prior to your appointment. This allows us to use your time effectively and move forward strategically.

Most importantly, come as you are.

This is a confidential and judgment-free space. You do not need to impress. You do not need to perform. You do not need to have everything figured out.

Be honest. Be open. Be willing.

Your transformation begins with truth.

BETWEEN SESSIONS

Growth does not only happen during our calls. It happens in the days between them.

The work between sessions is where habits are built and clarity deepens. You are not expected to be perfect. You are expected to be aware.

Focus on:

• Implementing one or two agreed-upon strategies
• Observing patterns without judgment
• Noticing energy shifts
• Tracking consistency, not perfection

If something feels difficult, that is data, not failure. Bring it to the next session. We adjust together.

If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unclear, write it down. The more honest you are about your experience, the more effective your coaching will be.

Remember, change is built through small, repeated actions, not dramatic overhauls.

Stay hydrated. Eat intentionally. Move your body in ways that support you. Protect your sleep. These foundational behaviors matter more than motivation.

This process is collaborative. You are not alone in it.

Show up consistently. Reflect honestly. Trust the structure.
